Rain happens - we've got you. If the heavens open and your court becomes unplayable due to heavy rain or standing water, we've got options.
You can reschedule or get a credit refund and points will be returned to your account - whatever suits.
To request a reschedule or credit:
- Drop us a line at hello@padelx.club within 7 days of your booking
- Include your booking details so we can verify it
Just so you know - we can't offer credit or reschedules if:
- You've played more than 50% of your session
- You don't get in touch within 7 days
We keep things fair and flexible. If rain stops play, we'll do our best to get you back on court - and back in the swing of it.
